What a joyous day! Deadpool was everyone’s favorite surprise hit when it was released in 2016. It’s since taken, and held, its place at or near the top of almost every single superhero movie fan’s favorite movie list. It’s created huge expectations for the upcoming sequel. And while the trailer doesn’t reveal all that much about the movie, it gives off a similar vibe to its predecessor, which is a very good thing. It’s got the typical Deadpool feel, skewing the traditional trailer, and managing to get in a nicely placed cheap shot at DC and the whole Henry Cavill mustache fiasco. It’s only our first, brief glimpse but Deadpool 2 is most definitely off to a good start.
