Florida Governor Floridas All Over Himself, Declares UCF National Champions

This is just some A+ use of the transitive property. UCF beat Auburn, Auburn beat Georgia, Auburn beat Alabama. The national championship is between Alabama and Georgia, therefore UCF is better than Alabama which makes them the true national champion. If nothing else, you gotta love the moxie of this guy. There’s no denying UCF had an unbelievable season, 13-0 and the only undefeated team in NCAA division 1 football. Truly impressive. Heck, this team was 6-7 a year ago and a Cleveland Browns-esque 0-12 the year before. But to just make a sweeping declaration that your team is the national champion? Yeah, that’s not exactly how things work. At least he had the common sense to only proclaim them national champs in Florida. Yeah, yeah, I see it too. National champions in Florida doesn’t exactly make much sense. But that’s Florida these days. Doing their own thing without a care in the world. God bless ’em.
