Oscar Watch: December Releases

We are finishing up our “Oscar Watch” series with December. Some reminders:

– These are only movies that could/should be generating some degree of Oscar hype

– All release date and plot info taken from IMDB

– I will be focusing on the 6 major categories: Best Picture, Best Director, Lead Actor/Actress, Supporting Actor/Actress

– If I feel strongly about a movie’s chances in any other category, I may make mention of it

Granted, that’s a lot of names. They might end up cancelling each other out. But there’s a ton of talent here. It wouldn’t be surprising in the least to see one of them stick out and land a nomination.
