Talk about your instant karma. I wouldn’t say I ever actively root for someone to get injured. But in this case, there’s certainly no sympathy. Anyone who steals someone else’s packages is just a real scum bag. It definitely serves her right that she paid for it immediately. She goes up, sees a jackpot of three packages, picks them up and is off. And right away, BOOM. Slips, falls, breaks her leg. It does suck that they ended up stealing the packages in the end though. Hopefully they’re caught very soon.
P.S. Can we talk about how casual the dude is about going to help her? They’re literally in the middle of committing a crime, she breaks a leg, and he saunters slowly on over to her to help. I feel like there should have been a bigger sense of urgency there. But hey, if you’re the kind of idiot who goes around looking for packages to steal, maybe critical thinking isn’t exactly a strong suit.
