The first trailer for the upcoming Oceans 8 was released today. I’m a big fan of the George Clooney Oceans movies. Oceans 11 is great, Oceans 13 is solid, Oceans 12…is also a movie. Okay the second one wasn’t very good. But 11 and 13, I can watch those over and over again. So I have my reservations about Oceans 8. The footage in this initial trailer was a little too similar to 11 for my liking. Hopefully they’re just trying to maintain a bit of mystery and more original scenes will be shown in upcoming trailers. I’ll still try to go into it with an open mind, but this first trailer wasn’t the best start.
